Warm up:

hip lifts, lying hamstring stretch both sides, figure four stretch both sides

Butterfly stretch, hip twisters x3

lower mobility: 

Side lying quad stretch both sides, hip burners both sides x3

 

Mobility: 

quad rockers, bird dogs, walkouts, knee hugs,

runner touches both sides x3

 

Lateral hip openers

reflection: I was pretty sore today so the stretching part of my workout felt really nice
